Balcones Realty Partners Balcones Realty Partners is the retail development arm of Golden Boy Partners. Balcones is focused on providing development opportunities to retailers in urban underserved markets where the barriers to entry are high. Like Golden Boy Partners, Balcones looks forward to working with civic leaders, elected officials, retailers, entrepreneurs, property owners, and neighborhood leaders to build new and much needed retail centers in America's urban communities. Jorge Ramirez, Managing Principal of Balcones Realty Partners, has over 24 years of retail development experience with domestic and international success in land development, multi-tenant shopping centers and single tenant build-to-suit sites. His development experience includes over 30 single tenant big-box anchored projects located throughout Mexico and Puerto Rico and a variety of retail and mixed-use developments located in over 25 different markets across the United States. His extensive experience covers all aspects of the development process including site selection and acquisition, entitlements, leasing, design and construction. Mr. Ramirez has established a proven ability to identify new market opportunities and has a track record of success in completing the development process in a timely and efficient manner. Mr. Ramirez is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University. |
